Contact GoalDragon support from the email address connected to your account. Include your username and the words “Delete my account.” Do not include your password or verification codes.
Start an account deletion request
Identity confirmation
We may send a confirmation code or ask you to confirm from the email address associated with the account. This protects accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What is deleted
- Your profile and login credentials.
- Personal goals, tasks, progress check-ins, and countdowns.
- Uploaded profile images and family posts associated with your account.
- Notification tokens and related account preferences.
Shared family information
Deleting one member does not automatically delete accounts belonging to other household members. Content created by the departing member will be removed or disassociated where appropriate.
Timing
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
