GOALDRAGONDelete your account in the app
Sign in to GoalDragon. On Today, tap your name or profile picture to open Profile. Tap Delete account, enter your current password, and tap Permanently delete account. Confirm Delete account in the confirmation dialog. The app displays Account deleted when deletion is complete. No email or support request is required.
Identity confirmation
Your current password and a final confirmation protect against accidental deletion. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the deletion screen to reset it.
What is deleted
- Your profile and login credentials.
- Personal goals, tasks, progress check-ins, and countdowns.
- Uploaded profile images and family posts associated with your account.
- Notification tokens and related account preferences.
Shared family information
Other members keep their accounts and content they created. Goals and tasks you created are removed, including shared ones. Assignments to you on other members’ content are cleared. If you are the last member, the household and its child profiles are also deleted.
Timing
Your account and associated database records are deleted when you confirm. This is permanent and immediately prevents future sign-ins. Uploaded images are queued for storage removal; temporary storage failures are retried automatically. Local goals and reminders on the device are cleared.
