GoalDragon does not sell personal information or use personal goals for third-party advertising.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, username, optional phone number, profile image, household and family details, goals, tasks, check-ins, countdowns, invitations, and family posts. We also store authentication records, notification tokens, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
AI planning
When you request an AI-generated plan, the goal description and relevant context you choose to provide are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Avoid entering highly sensitive personal information in an AI prompt.
How information is used
- Provide and synchronize your GoalDragon account.
- Create goals, plans, tasks, countdowns, reminders, and family features.
- Send verification, password-reset, task, and countdown messages.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only as needed to operate GoalDragon. Providers may include hosting and database infrastructure, file storage, transactional email, push-notification delivery, and AI processing. Family content is shown according to the visibility and assignment choices made inside the app.
Photos and notifications
Photo-library access is requested only when you choose to upload an image. Notification permission is optional and requested only when you enable push notifications. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
Children and families
GoalDragon is designed for family use under the direction of a parent or guardian. Adults should create and manage household accounts and decide what family information is appropriate to provide and share.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing and encrypted network connections. Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Your choices
You may update profile information, control goal visibility, disable notifications, or request deletion of your account and associated data. See our Account Deletion page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as GoalDragon changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when material updates are published.
